Welcome to Forest Lake Christian School, and thank you for your interest.

How to Apply

To begin the Online Application process, please Create an Account. (If you have already created an account, you can click on Application in the top menu of this page.) Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, please log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $60 must be submitted with the first application, with discounts available for subsequent siblings.

After submitting the application, you can track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable documentation, and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

The date of application submission is one criterion considered in placing students when space becomes limited and waitlists are created.  Therefore, we recommend you complete and submit your application as soon as possible.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at (530) 269-1540.
